NBC wrote and submitted The Releaf Center’s winning application and provided full design and construction oversight, as well as startup management services for The ReLeaf Center’s medical dispensary in Bentonville, AR. NBC is currently managing the construction of The Releaf Center’s 10,000 sq. ft. greenhouse cultivation facility which will be attached to their existing dispensary.

We Grow CA is a real estate management company specializing in providing legal California cannabis operators with fully compliant and entitled industrial space for lease. Next Big Crop worked with We Grow to license the property with local and State regulatory bodies and to develop their master site plan, operational systems and cultivation methodology. Upon the completion of this 180,000 sq. ft., 11-acre site, NBC will provide operational support and compliance services to We Grow throughout its first year of operation.

RiNo Supply Company Greenhouse is a full acre of medical cannabis production located in Lafayette, Colorado. Utilizing supplemental lighting, light-deprivation and sophisticated environmental control systems, the facility is able to produce year-round and is capable of harvesting upwards of 8,000 pounds annually. Originally a cut-flower greenhouse abandoned since the early 1990’s, Next Big Crop’s founding members were instrumental in the planning and execution of RiNo’s two-million-dollar renovation and also managed all start-up operations.

The Kind Castle is a recreational cannabis dispensary, located in Parachute, Colorado. Next Big Crop was brought in two weeks prior to inspection to get the facility open. Next Big Crop helped Kind Castle successfully pass inspections and consulted throughout the construction and implementation process. Since opening, Next Big Crop has completed its management contract, provided standardized processes and training to staff and, to date, continues to provide compliance and operational support.

NBC provided full design and construction oversight, as well as startup management services ,for Herban Legend of Towson’s medical cannabis dispensary in Towson, Maryland. NBC’s Dispensary Superintendent spent 6-months on the ground working with the Herban Legends’ team, hiring and training staff, and implementing all IT systems and compliance protocols.

Mayflower Farms is 40,000 square feet of indoor cannabis production accompanied by a 10,000 square foot cannabis extraction/infused products manufacturing lab, located in Aurora, Colorado. State-of-the-art FF&E, combined with operational oversight from Next Big Crop, has enabled the business to dial-in its production, positioning Mayflower to effectively compete within the Colorado recreational cannabis market. Formerly a shipping facility, Next Big Crop designed, managed and implemented the entire renovation project and provided management services during the first year of operations.

NBC provided design and construction management, as well as start-up management support services, for Green Leaf Medical’s 80,000 sq. ft. medical cannabis cultivation facility and its extraction and infused manufacturing lab in Saxton, PA. NBC also developed and implemented the site’s standard operating procedures, staff training program and quality management system.

NBC provided application development services, as well as design and construction management services, for Green Leaf Medical’s 60,000 sq. ft. medical cannabis cultivation facility, extraction and infused-products manufacturing lab and dispensary in Richmond, Virginia. NBC also developed the operation’s standard operating procedures, staff training program and quality management system.

gLeaf’s 50,000 square foot Frederick, Maryland indoor cultivation facility was designed by Next Big Crop in 2015/16 and became operational in August of 2017. NBC’s team created and implemented systems, hired and trained staff, aided in inspections and created the framework for consistent, high quality medical cannabis.

Opened in 2017, Best Day Ever is a recreational cannabis dispensary, located in Aspen, Colorado. Using a 470 square foot blueprint, Next Big Crop designed the facility and consulted throughout the construction process and has since completed its management contract to get the facility operational, provide standardized processes and training to staff.

Next Big Crop has partnered with Canna Culture to guide the development of both an indoor and outdoor cultivation facility in Oklahoma. A fully automated, state-of-the-art greenhouse has been designed and is in the process of being built that will accommodate 2400 flowering plants plus 1400 veg and mother plants to serve the medical cannabis market. In addition to the greenhouse, Next Big Crop developed an efficient outdoor field to cultivate over 1000 plants and mothers. The fields feature an automated irrigation and fertigation system to support the plants as they soak up the Oklahoma sun.

Best Day Ever is a 27,000 square foot recreational cannabis greenhouse, with co-located extraction facility and dispensary, located in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Utilizing supplemental lighting, light deprivation and sophisticated environmental control systems, the facility produces year-round, with a focus on distributing to retail outlets on the Western Slope. Next Big Crop designed the facility and consulted throughout the construction process and has since completed its management contract to get the facility operational, provide standardized processes and training to staff.
