1. Payment Policy

• Payments are accepted via ACH or credit cards only.

• The billing address must exactly match the address on file with your bank. If there is a mismatch, the transaction will be declined.

• We do not store or have access to any payment information. All payment processing is securely handled between your bank, card provider, and our payment processor.

• Orders cannot be modified after placement. However, refunds may be issued before shipment. Once an order has shipped, refunds are not available.

2. Legal Disclaimer & Shipping Information

• Clones are sold as novelty items, souvenirs, and collectibles.

• All clones contain 0% THC and are classified as non-consumable hemp.

• It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify the legality of purchasing, possessing, and importing these products in their country, state, province, or municipality.

• We do not ship internationally.

3. Live Plant Arrival Guarantee

• We take the health of your plants seriously. If temperatures during transit pose a risk to plant health, we reserve the right to delay shipment until conditions improve.

• We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all live plant orders shipped via next-day or two-day service, regardless of weather conditions.

Claims for Damaged or Dead Plants

• If your plants arrive dead or heavily damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@nextbigcrop.com.

• Retain your plants and the invoice/packing slip, as we may require photographs to process your claim.

• Customers must follow the included care instructions to qualify for any claims.

Re-shipment & Exchanges

• Re-shipments or exchanges may be offered at our discretion.

• Under certain circumstances, customers may be required to cover shipping costs for exchanges or re-shipments.

• #IPARTYWITHJARRET reserves the right to determine eligibility for re-shipment.

4. Liability & Use Restrictions

• #IPARTYWITHJARRET / Next Big Crop assumes no liability for how products are used after purchase.

• Any use of our products in an illicit or illegal manner is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to terminate any purchase suspected to be intended for illegal use.

• #IPARTYWITHJARRET / Next Big Crop reserves the right to permanently ban customers from our website for any reason, at any time.
