G Leaf – Maryland
NBC provided operations management services throughout the first 2-years of operations. gLeaf’s Frederick facility now consistently produces 400-pounds per month.
gLeaf’s 50,000 square foot Frederick, Maryland indoor cultivation facility was designed by Next Big Crop in 2015/16 and became operational in August of 2017. NBC’s team created and implemented systems, hired and trained staff, aided in inspections and created the framework for consistent, high quality medical cannabis.
NBC’s engineering team designed and implemented an automated irrigation system overseen by an Argus Control harnessing an array of Dosatron units. A thorough nutrient management plan was created and supply chain logistics have been established by NBC.
NBC designed and sourced all equipment for the cultivation facility. Automated and streamlined machinery helps reduce labor costs. gLeaf Maryland consistently produces over 400 pounds of pharmaceutical-grade medical cannabis per month.
