NBC provided design and construction management, as well as start-up management support services, for Green Leaf Medical’s 80,000 sq. ft. medical cannabis cultivation facility and its extraction and infused manufacturing lab in Saxton, PA. NBC also developed and implemented the site’s standard operating procedures, staff training program and quality management system.
